Three Blue Ducks Restaurants chef, Mark Labrooy to host a social dinner at W Maldives

Brisbanes Three Blue Ducks will be taking over the kitchen of W Maldives for a very exciting, vibrant dinner curated by Mark LaBrooy.

On 6th September 2019, Mark LaBrooy will be serving up an exclusive dinner under the stars at FIRE, on the Beach, W Maldives' rustic-yet-natural beachside with a BBQ dining experience, providing a unique culinary and travel experience for guests and global foodies. 

Mark LaBrooy will be bringing his paddock-to-plate ethos to the fore, a menu he designed inspired by his passion for travelling the world serving splendid food with a more sustainable approach to living. The dishes consisting of local fresh produce include, charred occy, Maldivian chilli lobster and coal cooked green jobfish. 

A selection of dishes from the menu will be available for guests to experience from November 2019 to January 2020, giving guests a taste of Three Blue Ducks all season long.
