Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) has announced to have received an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the development and operation of a Yacht Marina & Cruise Terminal in Phase II of Hulhumale’. 

Providing equal opportunities for all proponents, the company has invited all parties who are interested to submit EOIs for the new development. 

The duly completed document set should be submitted as per the prescribed format in ‘Stage 1-Submission of Expression of Interest’ of the ‘Investment Guideline’. The Investment Guideline will be available on HDC website www.hdc.com.mv 

Announcing that Hulhumalé is open for investment, the investment guideline stated that Hulhumalé has been the product of a transformative idea that took shape among the waves. Today, this city development remains the most ambitious urban development project in the Maldives. 

The EOI can be submitted via e-mail: business@hdc.com.mv or to the address given below, on or before 15:30hrs of 16th December 2020.
