At a special press conference held at Dhiraagu Head Office to launch the event, Assistant Manager Brand, Naiya Shareef stated, “We are delighted to support Bike Maldives as a development partner in carrying out this event. We hope to foster an interest of cycling amongst school children while promoting the importance of a healthy, sustainable lifestyle from a young age.”

“As a member of the International Cycling Union (UCI), we get many opportunities to participate in international-level games and competitions. With this tournament, we want to create and train top cyclists who can utilise these chances and represent Maldives abroad.
