On November 28, 2024, Maldives Inflight Catering Pvt Ltd (MIC) hosted a special educational visit for Grade 10 BTEC Hospitality students from Thoddoo School, giving them a unique behind-the-scenes look at the country’s leading inflight catering facility. As the exclusive provider of catering services for both commercial airlines and private jets in the Maldives, MIC plays a pivotal role in the country’s aviation and hospitality sectors.

The visit highlighted MIC’s dedication to fostering educational collaborations and motivating future hospitality professionals. During their tour, the students gained practical insights into various aspects of inflight catering, including menu planning, food preparation, packaging, and logistics. This hands-on experience complemented their academic learning, offering them a comprehensive view of the industry.
