Azerbaijan Airlines has officially started services at the recently launched Terminal 1 at Velana International Airport (VIA).
Azerbaijan Airlines is the 16th carrier to initiate services from Terminal 1 at Velana International Airport. The first flight received a ceremonial water salute, marking the ongoing growth of services at our new terminal.
Travelers on the first flight received a warm reception featuring traditional cultural displays and hospitality.
Senior officials from MACL and Azerbaijan Airlines were present at the event.
MACL highlighted that its aim is to provide the highest quality and most extensive services to every airline operating to and from the Maldives.
