MTCC Launches Hotline 1650

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc (MTCC) has announced the launch of its Hotline, 1650. In a special ceremony held at JEN Maldives by Shangri-La today, Managing Director of MTCC, Mr. Adam Azim inaugurated the service.  

The Hotline was introduced to extend content services via communication and provide swift answers regarding concerns of the people from one source, stated MTCC.  

The 24/7 service will accept queries addressed to any division of MTCC, including trading, transport, engineering and docking, procurement, finance and more in addition to information regarding its development projects.  

According to recorded statistics of MTCC, the company receives a monthly number of 2055 calls and a weekly number of 114 calls on various concerns.  

Calls received to the Hotline will not be passed to any specific division or any other party. Although technical questions which requires confirmation of the division will be answered after affirmation from the said division.  

Furthermore, via the ‘call back’ service, customers whose call that had been missed will be called back. The calls will be picked by MTCC Staff, who are specially trained to communicate and solve issues of customers in the most suitable way.
