Hotel Asia Maldives 2025, will take place from 19 to 22 October 2025, bringing together global suppliers, resort leaders, chefs, and innovators under one roof to explore the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality industry.
Recognized as one of the country’s most important tourism events, Hotel Asia serves as a key meeting point for the hospitality community. It features a wide range of exhibitors showcasing products and services from food and beverage, kitchen equipment, interiors, spa and wellness, and eco-friendly solutions to information technology and operations.
This year’s edition focuses strongly on sustainability, highlighting innovations that help resorts maintain the Maldives’ natural beauty while offering luxury experiences.
A main highlight of the event is the Hotel Asia Maldives International Culinary Challenge, which has become one of the most respected competitions in the region. With 700 entries from 75 resorts, the challenge will feature 23 competitions, judged by 15 international and 15 Maldivian judges. The event is endorsed by Worldchefs, the Chefs Guild of Maldives, Maldives Chefs Union, Visit Maldives, and The Maldives National University.
At the heart of the competition is Chef Alan Palmer, the Project Director who has played a key role in shaping it into a world-class platform that celebrates culinary talent and creativity.
With over 75 new companies joining this year, Hotel Asia Maldives 2025 is expected to be one of the biggest editions yet. The event continues to strengthen the Maldives’ position as a global hub for hospitality excellence, innovation, and sustainable tourism.
