Fuel Supplies Maldives (FSM) recently organized the second batch of Interview Skills training for its team members, partnering with the Corporate Training Institute Maldives (CTI Maldives).
Mohamed Yamany, a service industry expert, led the training, which had as its goal improving participants' interviewing abilities so that they would be properly hired into the FSM labor force.
This program provided a detailed insight on understanding different interviews, developing effective questions, conducting structured interviews along with effective evaluation of candidates.
The training was conducted in an interactive manner using PowerPoint Presentations with extensive discussions, group work, and practical applications, Flipchart, videos, workshops and games.
Just like the first batch of the training, participants expressed great satisfaction with the session and its delivery. Feedback forms revealed their overall contentment with the training, and they enthusiastically recommended it to their colleagues.
