Condé Nast Traveler has announced the results of its annual Readers’ Choice Awards with Six Senses Laamu included in the list and two claiming the top spot: Six Senses Zighy Bay and Six Senses Bhutan.

More than 800,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers submitted responses rating their travel experiences across the globe to provide a snapshot about the places they can’t wait to return to next. The Readers’ Choice Awards are the longest-running and most prestigious recognition of excellence in the travel industry.

Six Senses Laamu, Maldives, ranked 11 and Six Senses Zil Pasyon, Seychelles in 24 were endorsed by readers in the Indian Ocean category.

“The results of the 2021 Readers’ Choice Awards demonstrate how people are considering why and how they travel and the things they want to do first now they can. To have eight resorts recognized in this list makes us even more determined to deliver that wow-factor as we welcome our guests again,” said Six Senses Chief Executive Officer Neil Jacobs.

The 2021 Readers' Choice Awards are published on Condé Nast Traveler's website and celebrated in the November issue.
