Celebrity and Michelin-Star Chef Igles Corelli Headlines Culinary Experience at Lily Beach this August

Lily Beach Resort & Spa is thrilled to announce an exclusive culinary collaboration with renowned Italian chef and Gambero Rosso TV personality, Michelin-Star Chef Igles Corelli, taking place from 11th August to 18th August 2025. A true master of Italian gastronomy, Chef Igles will bring his award-winning expertise and unique culinary philosophy to the Maldives for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Rising to national and international prominence in the 1980s and 1990s as head chef of the legendary Il Trigabolo in Ferrara, Chef Igles earned two Michelin stars and helped usher in a new era of Italian culinary excellence. He later founded La Locanda della Tamerice, earning another Michelin star, and served as executive chef of Atman, where his innovative approach continued to earn accolades.

Chef Igles pioneered Circular Cooking, a zero-waste culinary concept introduced on Gambero Rosso Channel in 2012, that aligns well with Lily Beach’s commitment to mindful, ingredient-respecting cuisine.
