Her diverse background spans lifestyle resorts, international hotel brands, and franchised and managed properties—equipping her with a deep understanding of evolving guest expectations and global luxury travel trends.

Throughout her career, Khun Chanisa has built a reputation for people-first leadership, ensuring that genuine care, team development, and personalised guest service remain at the heart of every operation. Prior to joining dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, she served as General Manager at Dusit Princess Phatthalung, where she successfully led the team through multiple enhancements in guest satisfaction, operational performance, and brand positioning.

In her new role as Resort Manager of dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives — the brand’s newest lifestyle resort in the Maldives and the first to introduce the innovative Premium All-Inclusive concept — Khun Chanisa will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic guest experience initiatives, and support the resort’s ongoing mission to redefine all-inclusive luxury with a playful, vibrant dusitD2 spirit.
