With an extensive 13 years of experience, Rushdhan is recognized for his leadership, profound knowledge, and innovative approaches. He has successfully led revenue, e-commerce, and reservations functions, playing a crucial role in implementing procedures to ensure revenue growth, guest satisfaction and capturing accurate data for The Cocoon Collection. His most recent role was as the Director of Revenue Management at Patina Maldives, and he has held key positions with other prominent brands in the Maldives.
