As an extremely results-driven and detail-oriented manager in the luxury hospitality sector, Sinnu takes pride in his ability to provide exemplary levels of service to a broad range of customers, including VIPs and high-profile individuals. Now, as Assistant Manager at lti Maafushivaru, Maldives, Sinnu develops his team through training and communication, with a leadership style that is empowering. Prior to his current role, he was the resort’s Duty Manager (Front Office and Public Relations). He has worked in some of the leading resorts in the Maldives such as Amilla Fushi, Finolhu, Six Senses Laamu, Jumeirah Dhevanafushi and One & Only Reethi Rah. He always strives to provide a seamless experience for guests.

6:00am - Attend early morning departures
6:30am - Get ready for the day, clear my emails and finish reports before morning meeting
7:00am - First coffee of the day
7:30am - Catch up with Front Desk team and get ready for the day’s operations
8:00am - Breakfast rounds in the restaurant
9:00am - Management meeting
9:30am - Continue breakfast rounds and meeting inhouse guests
10:00am - Coffee with the team
10:30am - Arrival room inspection
11:30am to 1:00pm - Attending to arrivals
1:00pm - Lunch
2:00pm - Prepare for the next day’s operations
3:00pm - Attend to departures
3:30pm - Daily departmental briefing
4:00pm - Coffee with the team
5:00pm - Afternoon rounds in the bar to meet next day’s departure guests
6:00pm - Freshen up and prepare for dinner rounds
7:00pm - Dinner rounds in the restaurants
8:00pm - Dinner
9:00pm - Evening Bar rounds
11:00pm - Turn in for the day
