Online Voting for South Asian Travel Awards Closes Today

Highrise has announced that the deadline to vote online for properties and services for the South Asian Travel Awards(SATA) 2018 will be reached today.


According to Highrise, votes can be cast via the official website till June 30 and evaluation of nominees by a jury would be carried through out June and July. Nominations for the third edition of SATA, which consists of 36 categories in 10 segments, closed in March with a record 500 plus nominations.


SATA have nominees from 5 countries which are Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka and India while the evaluations will be carried out in Male City, Colombo, Bangalore, New Delhi, Kathmandu and Paro.


SATA is the most prestigious award for travel and tourism stakeholders in the South Asia region. The brand is the first of its kind with affiliations from regional associations ensuring the process to be done within a smooth and having a transparent procedure. The Grand Finale of SATA 2018 will be held in the business capital of India "Mumbai", from 14th - 15th September.
