Partners Signs for the International Maldives Travel Market 2018

The partner signing ceremony for the International Maldives Travel Market (IMTM) 2018 was held at Maagiri Hotel in capital Male Monday evening. IMTM 2018 a two-day B2B event scheduled set to be held at Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi Resort from 23rd to 24th June 2018.


The Islandchief was assigned as the Travel Tabloid Partner for IMTM While Maldives Insider was assigned as Travel News Partner and MV Hotels was announced as Travel Media Partner.


Kaimoo Hotels, Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Metal Signs joined as Bronze Partners. Maagiri Hotel also signed up as the Hotel Partner, while Print Lab Creative was announced as the Printing Partner.


Furthermore, Liveaboard Association of Maldives (LAM), Maldives Association of Tourism Industry (MATI), Association of Travel Agents (ATA) Maldives and Guesthouse Association of Maldives (GAM) were revealed as the new endorsing partners. 


The Tourism ministry has earlier signed and presented a letter of endorsement to the management of IMTM 2018 at an event held at the Ministry of Tourism. 


Partners that have previously signed with IMTM include Dhiraagu, Astrabon, Stage Core, Maldives Ports Limited (MPL), Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), Allied Insurance Company, Greater Male Industrial Zone Limited, Resort Life Travel, Capital Travel, Coca-Cola, Cyprea Card Centre, Singapore Airlines, Etihad Airways and Public Service Media (PSM).


International Maldives Travel Market (IMTM) 2018 will bring together 30 leading international tour operators and travel agencies, representative of 14 countries to explore new opportunities and liaise with significant representation of the Maldives Tourism Industry. 


It is set to accommodate minimum 200 participants from the local tourism industry (resorts, hotels, guesthouses, liveaboards, dive centres, local tour operators and travel agencies)
