Bank of Ceylon To Open Up a New Branch in Hulhumalé City.

Bank of Ceylon( BOC) has signed an agreement with Housing Development Corporation (HDC) for the development of BOC branch in Hulhumalé City.


The agreement was signed at a ceremony held at HDC head office on Tuesday between HDCs Director of Legal Affairs Dr Fathimath Shiuny and Country Manager of BOC Mr Badra Kalyanapriya Guruisnghe.


This would be the first branch of BOCi n Hulhumalé and will be located at Amin Avenues Commercial block. This branch is expected to provide all the services provided in their Malé branch.

BOC ATM network over 730 in numbers, serve the people 365 days 24 hours in all 25 districts of the country. The Bank has 13 Subsidiaries and five associate companies in its group structure.

Since the opening, the second overseas branch in Malé, the Maldives in 1981, BOC is the only Sri Lankan Bank branch in the Maldives representing the Sri Lankan cultural and traditional values in a unique way which provides an effective service to her customers with professional excellence in the Maldives banking area.
