Maagiri Hotel Opens its Doors to Guests

Maagiri Hotel located in one of the premier locations in Male, conveniently opposite to Hulhumale ferry terminal on Boduthakurufaanu Magu has officially opened its doors to guest on 12th April 2018.


The nine-story hotel includes 20 ocean view rooms six executive suites, six junior suites and 20 premier suites with elegant interiors, luxurious comforts and panoramic views of the Maldivian seas.




The Hotel Provides a Coffee Shop, Restaurant and Lounge, semi-fine Dining, Meeting Rooms, and a fully equipped roof top Gym.The hotel also provides Diving, Fishing, Snorkelling, etc., for the ocean lovers


Maagiri Hotel developed by Lily Hotels and Crown Company, will join the few upscale tourist hotels in the capital city, including Hotel Jen, Champa Centra Hotel and the historic Nasandhura Palace Hotel, which is currently being reconstructed. The starting price for rooms is USD 120 per night.


The hotel has historic ties to the introduction of tourism to the Maldives, as it is situated on the land plot that housed Maagiri, the residence of former First Lady Naseema Mohamed. The house provided lodging for the first group of tourists that arrived in the Maldives in 1972.
