Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa has announced that the resort has been selected to participate in the Goût de/Good France 4th Edition.

Goût de/Good France is a unique global event, held in over 150 countries across 5 continents. The 4th Edition involves French embassies abroad and chefs from some 3,000 participating restaurants around the world. They will all offer "French menus" on the same day: Wednesday, March 21st, 2018. Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa is the only resort in the Maldives selected to participate win this exclusive event.

According to Hideaway guests may book a table at Sunset Pool Cafe on Wednesday, March 21st evening to enjoy a special set menu created by Anton Gasnier, Hideaways Executive Chef, and have the opportunity to sample French wines and delicacies.

The dinner will consist of a fine 4 course set menu, featuring red snapper tartar, spiny lobster tail fricassée, la Bouine cheese and roasted peach, which has been designed by the resort's chef to pair perfectly with 4 different French wines.

This fantastic 4 course meal is available for all guests at $160, or $200 with wine pairing, and promises to be incroyable.

Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa at Dhonakulhi offers luxurious boutique accommodations in the Haa Alif Atoll in Northern Maldives. The resort features exclusive villas with personal butlers and 4 dining options. It has free WiFi access throughout the property.
