Lily Beach Resort & Spa has announced that the resort's Resident Manager, Patrice Aira, has been promoted to Resort General Manager.

Patrice, originally from France, started his career in hospitality in Seattle (USA). Working as a busboy, he knew he was capable of offering much more to the industry and quickly worked his way up through the F&B departments of a number of large hotels, up until he was made Resident Manager of a luxury resort in Mauritius.

This experience helped make him the natural leader he is today, understanding the hard work and commitment to excellence that is required by Lily Beach to make guests stay at the resort incredible. Patrice who joined the team last year has worked tirelessly to help Lily Beach cement itself as one of the top resorts in Maldives, offering excellence in both its facilities and services provided.
