Hurawalhi Maldives recently also hosted a phenomenal dining experience for guests by two Michelin-star chef Stefan Heilemann this January.

The event took place in the resorts famous 5.8 Undersea Restaurant where Heilemann, Executive Chef at the famed Ecco Zürich restaurant in the Atlantis by Giardino, offered diners the chance to savour top cuisine, below the ocean.

Said to have the precision of a watchmaker and the curiosity of a biologist, Heilemann promised daring lunch and dinner set menus that are bound to dazzle and delight, with the worlds largest all-glass undersea restaurant of course being the cherry on top of this extraordinary gastronomical experience.

Hurawalhi Maldives is nestled on a lush private island in the Lhaviyani Atoll, a 40-minute seaplane ride from Velana International Airport. The 5 eateries and bars in the resort includes an underwater restaurant and a champagne bar.
