NOMINATIONS OPEN FOR 50 MOST TALENTED HR LEADERS

HR Maldives have officially launched "50 Most Talented HR Leaders" nominations for 2018. This is an annual list that celebrates the most talented players in the field of people strategy. These are the people whose ideas and actions are shaping practices in Human Resources.

Individuals have been given the opportunity to send in their nominations starting from the 1st January 2018. The Individuals will be announced at the HR Summit & Expo Gala which will be held in March 2018.

"50 Most Talented HR Leaders" is the first initiative of its kind in the Maldives which provides a listing, along with profiles of the 50 Most Talented HR Professionals. The major objective of the listing is to distinguish and appreciate the work done by HR Professionals in the Maldives.

The "50 Most Talented HR Leaders" is a list of top 50 HR professionals in the Maldives, published by HR Maldives the only HR magazine in Maldives. The selection criterion ensures that the selection process is transparent and unbiased to reflect that the individuals on the list are indeed the "Most Talented"

The "50 Most Talented HR Leaders" is not intended to rank individuals but is created to be a selection of the top HR professionals. As such, the list would be published in alphabetical order.

The "50 Most Talented HR Leaders" list is compiled by HR Maldives magazines editorial team in conjunction with expert panels of academics, former HR directors, plus readers of HR Maldives magazine.

Senior professionals from Learning and Development can submit nominations for "50 Most Talented HR Leaders"



BASIC CRITERIA

Below are the basic requirements that nominees must fulfil.

Must be a Senior HR Professional

One of the essential features of "50 Most Talented HR Leaders" is that it is a selection of senior HR Professionals. Therefore, individuals must be an assistant manager, manager, director or equivalent level.

Minimum 5 Years Experience.

Must had started working in HR Field on or before 31st December 2012.

Must have a minimum of 50 or more employees in the organization

To verify the size of the organization of the individuals on the list, this criterion is set to enable the verification of their number of staff through the payrolls. The organization must have minimum of 50 employees during the year 2017.
