Chef Eksait Andrais joins Lily beach Maldives as a chef at the Tamarind
Restaurant.
According to the resort, Ekasit Andaris who has recently joined the Lily
Beach team carrying over 10 years of experience under his chefs hat, will be
sharing his passion and creations as a Chef with the resort.
Ekasit Andaris dream to become a Chef started when he was a young boy,
admiring his families Thai food recipes. After obtaining his
certification on professional Thai Cuisine, Ekasit Andaris started working as a
Chef at the Blue Elephant Cooking School and Restaurant in Bangkok.
With the aim of sharing the delights of Thai food overseas, Ekasit
Andaris left Thailand and subsequently worked in Oman, Taiwan, Egypt, India,
Malaysia and the UAE. In 2015, Ekasit Andaris reached new heights becoming Thai
Chef De Cuisine at a Banyan Tree Hotel and Resort in Indonesia.
The Tamarind Restaurant menu presents a rich palate of flavours and
spices blended deliciously in the most popular dishes of Asia, offering a
sublime choice of Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Moreover the elegance of the interior is as tasteful as the dishes
themselves at Lily Beachs Tamarind Restaurant. With a prominent chandelier
featuring golden garland décor above the cooking station, the restaurant is
