Michelin Starred Dinner at Constance Moofushi

Constance Moofushi Maldives has announced that the resort will be hosting Michelin Starred Chef, Restaurateur2013 Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau winner; Chef Luc Mobihan and his wife, Isabelle this November.

Guests staying at the resort on November 13, 2017 will get the chance to treat their senses to a Michelin Starred cuisine at Manta Restaurant in the evening.


The gastronomic experience comes with two sets of 5 course menu for guests to choose from:

Menu 1                              

Amuse Bouche- Scallops & Mashed potatoes, truffle

Starter-Crispy Tuna, Pesto, Peas

Fish-Smoked Local Fish, Sichuan Pepper

Main-Roasted Lamb, carrot, cumin, anchovy.

Dessert-Crispy red Fruits and green lemon sorbet.

Starter-lobster cream and celery

Fish-Local fish Confit, Spinash purée

Main-Roasted Quail with Foie Gras & Gingerbread, Coffee sauce, Mashed Parsnip

Dessert-Chocolate shortbread & hazelnut, Tonka beans Ice cream

From ecological thatch roofing to crystal clear water, Constance Moofushi is deemed for its uniqueness with dazzling white sand or on stilts that float above the turquoise water of the Indian Ocean.

Set on its own secluded island, Constance Moofushi is a perfect combination of luxury and simplicity that can be reached by a 25-minute seaplane ride from Malé International Airport. The resort provides an airport transfer at extra charge.

The resort consist of the 24 beach villas, 56 water villas and 30 senior water villas that are built and decorated with wondrous tones of nature with a hint of Constance chic.
