This October, Meeru Island Resort & Spa offers a host of gastronomic delights for authentic dining experiences in the Maldives 

 Meeru Island Resort & Spa is providing guests staying at the resort this month a chance to treat their senses to brightly lit ocean and swaying palm tree views, and a delectable buffet spread in traditional wood huts for an authentic Maldives dining experience

On Thursday October 19, 2017, Meeru invites its guests to enjoy a savoury seafood platter with the tranquil sounds of the waves by the beach and the refresh breeze that the Indian Ocean brings at the Asian Wok Beach. Meeru Islands special Seafood Lovers Dinner will start at 19:30.

For those who enjoy having light conversations in the relaxed atmosphere of a paradise Island in the Maldives, over barbecued delights and more specialties, Meeru offers The Beach BBQ Dinner, prepared to the finest order, on Monday October 30, 2017 at Asian Wok Beach starting from 19:30. 

In addition, Meeru Island Resort & Spa will also be hosting a special event at Kakuni Bar on Tuesday October 31, 2017 to celebrate Halloween where, both Farivalhu and Ahima Buffet Restaurants of the resort will be serving Halloween themed cuisine and delectable desserts.

Furthermore, Meeru Island celebrated the spectacular full moon which made an appearance earlier this month on Thursday October 5, 2017 where the resort prepared its guests a special Full Moon Dinner at Asian Wok Beach. 

Meeru Island Resort & Spa is surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and long stretches of white, sandy beach. It is the only Resort on the island of Meerufenfushi, North Male' Atoll. Meeru is 1200 meters long by 350 meters wide, about 32 hectares (80 acres).­

Meeru schedules speedboat transfers to/from Velana International Airport to coincide with the arrival/departure flights of Meerus guests. The speedboat transfer time is about 55 minutes.
